LEONO - Terms of Use

Thank you for using Technopano'S LEONO application! Please read this Terms of Use agreement carefully before accessing or using LEONO. The User who uses the Technopano Platform (“User” or “You”) declares and accepts that he/she is bound by the terms set forth in this agreement (“Agreement”). Absent any such acceptance, the Agreement may not be deemed finalized and, consequently, the User shall not be authorized to use the Service (as defined below).

PLEASE NOTE: This Terms of Use is subject to change by Technopano at its sole discretion without notice. When changes are made, Technopano will make a new version of this Terms of Use available at: https://rainmaker.espressif.com/docs/terms-of-use.html. If you do not agree to any changes, you should stop using the services. Otherwise, continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

1. Our Services

LEONO Platform (“Platform”) is a service devised and managed by Technopano, which allows Users to make their products Smarts.

2. User’s Account

To create an account, a unique username (email address) and password will be associated. The account can also be created by using the email provided by third-party identity providers such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User’s Duties

You agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined, including:

Not transferring or reselling services.
Not using the platform to create or incorporate other datasets correlated to Technopano.
Not providing false information or spreading viruses, malware, or any harmful technologies.

4. Use of Services

Technopano aims to keep the platform active and accessible. However, problems like internet traffic or IT system issues that are not directly related to Technopano will not be the company’s responsibility.

5. Content and Moderation

By sending information to Technopano or publishing content through the platform, the User grants Technopano the rights to use, reproduce, and publish the content.

6. Intellectual Property

The User acknowledges that Technopano holds exclusive rights to the intellectual and industrial property related to the platform and all its content.

7. Term and Termination

Technopano may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice or liability.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

The services are provided "as is" and Technopano expressly disclaims all warranties. Technopano will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages related to this agreement.

10. Miscellaneous

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of India.
